A constitutional referendum passed in May 2009 states "Islam is the state religion."” Pray that believers there may find ways to minister in this difficult environment.
• One travel review calls Comoros “the forgotten islands.” Pray this may not be so with the Church, and that the Lord would raise up and send laborers to this plentiful harvest field.
• There is discrimination and denial of certain civil rights against Christians. Pray that believers may show the grace, love, and forgiveness of Christ in the face of hardship.
• A vast majority of children between the ages of 4 and 7 go to school to learn the Qur’an. Pray that these little ones may come to know their True Heavenly Father, and the Son that He gave and sacrificed for forgiveness of sins.
